How Car Cure takes a booking, what happens before any work starts, what we need from you at the address, and what each side is responsible for once a technician is on site.

This summary is here for readability. The sections below are the terms themselves.
These terms describe how Car Cure takes bookings and carries out work at the address where your vehicle is parked, and what each side is responsible for.
They apply when you request a booking and when work is carried out on your vehicle, whether the request reached us through this website, by phone, or through a messaging app.
Where something different is agreed in writing for a particular job — on the estimate or the job card — that agreement takes precedence over these terms for that job.
Car Cure carries out servicing, diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repair and appearance work at the address where the vehicle is parked. The technician brings the tools, equipment and consumables the booked job requires.
Not everything can be done properly at a doorstep. A lift, a press, a spray booth or a controlled environment are genuinely necessary for some jobs, and whether a particular one can be completed at your address depends on the vehicle, the fault and the conditions on site. Where a booking turns out not to be suitable, you are told what we found and what the alternatives are.
A request sent through the site, by phone or by message is a request rather than a confirmed booking. It becomes a booking when we confirm it with you and the slot is agreed.
Slots are time windows rather than fixed appointments. Traffic, an earlier job that proved more involved than expected, or weather can move a visit. Where that happens we tell you as early as we can and agree a new time.
Accuracy matters at this stage: the vehicle details, the address and your description of the symptom decide which technician attends and what is on the van. Where those details turn out to be materially different on the day, the visit may not be able to go ahead as planned.
You receive an itemised estimate covering parts, fluids and labour for the work discussed, and the work begins once you have approved it. Nothing is charged for work you have not approved.
Some faults cannot be priced accurately until they have been diagnosed. Where that is the case we say so before attending, and any charge for the diagnostic work itself is agreed with you in advance rather than presented afterwards.
If something extra is found once work is under way, the technician stops and contacts you. You decide whether it happens now, is scheduled for later, or is declined.
An estimate reflects what is known when it is given. Where a fastener is seized, a previous repair is discovered, or a component differs from the one the vehicle should have, the estimate may need revising — and a revised estimate needs your approval in the same way as the first one.
Doorstep work needs a workable space. Before the visit, please make sure that:
A technician may postpone or stop a job where the conditions make it unsafe or make it impossible to work to standard — a sloped or soft surface, no space to work around the vehicle, severe weather, or a location where working on a car is not permitted. We would rather reschedule than complete a job badly.
Parts are sourced from established suppliers and shown to you in their packaging before they go on the car. The part that came off is left with you unless you ask us to dispose of it.
Where the specified part is unavailable, we propose an alternative and explain the difference before fitting anything. Nothing is substituted without your approval.
Parts carry whatever cover their manufacturer or supplier provides. The cover that applies to your job, for parts and for labour, is confirmed in writing on the job card before work begins, because it depends on the part fitted and the work carried out.
Where you supply your own part, we will fit it if it is correct and serviceable, but we cannot take responsibility for the part itself or for a failure caused by it.
Where a diagnosis points to work that needs equipment a mobile technician does not carry, you are told at diagnosis rather than partway through an improvised repair. We explain what is needed and why the job cannot be finished on site.
Where you ask us to help arrange that work, we will. Unless we have agreed in writing to carry the work out ourselves, any arrangement with a third-party workshop or specialist is between you and that provider, on their terms and their pricing.
If you need to cancel or move a booking, tell us as early as you can. A slot is held for one customer at a time, and early notice usually means someone else can use it.
We may occasionally need to move a visit too — a technician is unwell, an earlier job runs long, or the weather makes outdoor work unsafe. You will hear from us as soon as we know.
Where a technician attends and the work cannot start — no access to the vehicle, no keys, nobody available to approve the work, or conditions that make it unsafe — the visit may have to be rescheduled. Any charge that applies in that situation is the one agreed with you when the booking was confirmed. We do not apply a charge you were not told about.
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless something different has been agreed in writing for that job. The accepted payment methods are confirmed when your booking is confirmed.
The amount payable is the estimate you approved, plus any additional work you approved during the visit. Taxes and charges apply where the law requires them.
Where a job has to be left incomplete because a part must be ordered or the work has to move to a workshop, what is payable for the work already carried out is discussed and agreed before the technician leaves.
We take care of your vehicle while we are working on it, and we are responsible for the work we carry out and for the parts we fit.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for wear or damage we did not cause, or for a failure arising from a part you supplied or a repair you declined. Where a vehicle is already in a condition that makes a job risky, you are told before it starts.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — time away from work, alternative transport, or lost earnings — arising from a visit that is delayed, rescheduled or unable to proceed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To be completed before launch: the limits on liability, the insurance position, and any cap on the amount recoverable have to be set by a lawyer against the law that applies. This draft states a general position and no figures.
Tell us, and tell us early. Get in touch through the contact page or at carscure.pk@gmail.com with the job details and what has happened. Where the fault lies with work we carried out or a part we fitted, we will put it right on the terms confirmed for that job.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The version that applies to your job is the one published when your booking was confirmed, and the date at the top of this page changes whenever the document is revised.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the service is provided, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of that country.
To be completed before launch: the governing law and jurisdiction clause, and the consumer rights that apply regardless of what this document says, must be settled by a lawyer before these terms are relied on.
Book a slot, tell us about the car, and a technician comes to you. No workshop trip, no waiting room, and an itemised estimate before anything starts.
Submitting a booking request costs nothing and charges nothing. An advisor confirms your slot before a technician is dispatched.
